I have been a fan of club penguin since about 2008 and i really do love it.
PH is one of the newer penguins compared to the others, i think the first apperance of PH was in the DS game (which i own), and she was a he!
Anyway, this is PH in her human form, some other deviants have done human penguins so i decided to do PH.
